When conducting a ride and arriving at the customer pickup location, do whatever you can to find the rider. Follow these steps before marking a no show:

Physically Search for the Rider: Exit the vehicle and knock on all relevant doors to locate the rider.

Contact All Parties: You must call all available contact numbers, including the rider and the coordinator.

Mandatory Wait Time: Wait for at least 15 MINUTES before marking the ride as a no-show. During this time, make all possible efforts to contact the rider and the coordinator.

Communicate with Concierge: Send a text to Concierge informing them that the rider is a no show. Additionally, enter detailed notes in the ‘Rider No Show’ section of the driver app to document your efforts.

To find it, first make sure the ride has been started and is "in progress." You will then see a option to mark the ride as a No Show

The "Mark No Show" button is disabled until all checkboxes have been checked and the details field has been filled out
