Logging In To Onward Dispatch

To login to view and accept trips in the Onward Dispatch, visit: https://dispatcher.onwardrides.com/Login and enter your email and password.    If you forgot your password, click “Forgot Password?” to perform a reset.  Note: that this account is a Dispatcher account.  Driver accounts are created separately and are only App based, however Dispatchers may also use the driver app and can set the same email and password.

Viewing and Claiming Open Trips

When you log into the Dispatch Dashboard, you will see a list of pending trips that are available to claim.  

• Icons on the left will provide a quick glimpse of the transport type: Whether the trip is roundtrip, wait and return, or one way and key resource needs, e.g. stairs or bariatric support.
• Be sure to check for Droplet Precautions or Oxygen requests before claiming by looking at the lower right corner.
• Select the “Claim” button to accept the trip at the scheduled time, note by selecting “Claim” you are agreeing to the displayed “Payout” price listed.
• After you “Claim” a trip, it will now display on the “Confirmed” list.
