Using the "Onward Driver" App to Accept Trips

Getting Started

To get started, each of your team members and drivers can be set up and will receive a congratulatory text message with a link to download the driver app along with a temporary login.   Download the Onward driver apps by clicking the link below:

• Apple Store Driver App
• Google Play Store Driver App

Please double check that you have the driver app and not the rider app

You will be logged in with the information from your driver profile and you will be asked to update your password.  Your username is the email used to set up each Driver account. 

Once you have configured your account, you will be routed to your "dashboard" where you can see all available rides. 

Using the Driver App to Accept Trips

Trips can also be accepted in our Driver App, however, the App shows fewer trip details, so you may not see Bariatric or Stairs status when accepting trips via the App.

When you log into the app you will see a list of available trips:u will see a list of available trips:	By selecting an available ride from the “My Rides” list you will see additional details and have the ability to accept the ride:
