To give healthcare providers better visibility into trip status the driver App can be used by your teams to update status or by your dispatch to close out a trip after completion. The trips you've accepted and have been assigned, can be found within the "Upcoming" Tab. Upcoming trip notifications are triggered one hour prior to the start time.
When it’s time to start the ride, scroll to the bottom of the screen and select the Start icon. Choosing start will stamp the actual start time of the trip and notify the health system and/or rider’s family that the trip has begun.
