Companion Rides are special because they often supply the limited and critical social interactions for a rider. We'd encourage you to read a few of the stories on our blog, riding with the same Companion Driver often leads to a level of camaraderie and socialization that is unique to a companion ride.
Many riders look forward to spending time with their Companion Driver(s) and vice versa!
When you request a new ride from Onward on the web or mobile app, you'll see a preferences section and your past Companion Drivers. In the preferences section, you can specify the name of your favorite Companion Driver and our Concierge Team will do their best to make it happen.
