Creating Rider Profiles

The Rider Profile is the easiest place to store all relevant information about your rider. If the rider is paying for their transportation, you can store payment information and book recurring rides right from the rider’s profile. 

Rider’s special requirements can be created and stored in the Rider Profile. Notes will be visible to drivers picking up a rider and can help better inform them of the level of care required for a rider. Adding instructions to a rider’s profile builds efficiencies because those notes will move into all future rides for the given rider. Conversely, adding notes to a specific ride will not populate in the Rider’s Profile. 

Rider notification preferences are configured in the Rider Profile as well. Your organization will want to agree on a standard practice for notifications to patients about upcoming and completed rides.
