Scheduling Transportation

Scheduling a ride for a patient is easy and intuitive.  To ensure we can fulfill your rides, we ask that you please try to schedule rides at least 48 hours in advance.

If the rider is already in the system, simply click “Book Transportation”, select the rider and enter the ride details. Clicking “Book Transportation” again will schedule the ride and show you the ride detail page with the estimated price of the ride. 

ONE WAY RIDES

By selecting One Way, a driver will assist the rider during a single pick-up and drop-off. If they’d like to get a ride to and from a location without the driver waiting for the return leg, you’ll need to set up 2 One Way rides for each leg of the trip.

WAIT AND RETURN RIDES

However, by selecting Wait and Return, a driver will assist a rider between multiple destinations staying with or waiting for the rider until they reach their final destination.

ROUNDTRIP RIDES

To book a roundtrip ride, select the “Roundtrip” checkbox in the book transportation form and after you book the first leg the form will repopulate so you can select the date and time for the return.

RECURRING RIDES

If the rider requires follow-up visits, clicking the “Recurring Trip” checkbox and complete the detailed information to repeat the ride.
